House Notes
If you bring your own sound and light consoles, the kill seats are:
- Sound only: Row Y – 105 thru 110 & Row Z – 104 thru 110;
Sound & Lights: Row Y – 104 thru 110 & Row Z – 103 thru 111..
The Lincoln Theatre does not provide backline gear (nor any accompaning cable, music stands/lights, etc.) blank dats, cds, tapes, batteries and adapters for recording purposes
All audio & video recordings must be approved in advance. As well, all media feeds, tie in’s, etc. must be cleared by the Lincoln Theatre in advance.
Dressing Rooms:
- 2 ‘star’ dressing rooms on the stage level. One seats 3 people, the other seats 2 comfortably.
- The upper level dressing room is chorus style with two 2 bays, one bay seats 7 people, the other bay seats 8 people (15 total).
- The lower level dressing room has 4 divisional bays that seat 4 persons per bay (16 total).
- All dressing rooms have bathroom/shower facilities and can be locked upon request. .
There is a washer/dryer on premises. Dry Cleaners in the area that pick up and deliver: Darrin Hawkins - 202-415-3213; Debonair – 234-1000; Imperial – 785-1444
For all items that are rented from outside vendors, arrangements with the house must be made for drop off and pick up.
Parking. There is a parking lot located directly behind (attached to the theater). Renters are allocated 10 spaces on the lot from the Theatre Facilities Manager.
During performances there is no traffic allowed from the house to the stage and vice versa. All performers, managers, and guests should use the tunnel for front of house to backstage access.
In the event that the doors need to be held prior to the evening’s performance please inform the house manager on duty. Maximum 15 minute hold for shows!
Flash photography and recording devices are not allowed. In the event your production has a videographer, photographers, or news coverage it must be cleared prior to performance.
Power from the house is not provided when using the parking lot for purposes other than parking (ie. after parties). You must bring your own power generator and Port-a-potties.
