Stage Notes

Stage Power panels:

• USR – 200 amp – 3 phase – 240 volts.
• USL – Two (2) 400 Amp boxes – 3 phase – 240 volts.
• DSL – 200 amp – 3 phase - 240 volts.

Stage Crew:

• The minimum # of hands on any call is 3 Department Heads (Lighting, Sound and Stage/Fly) + 2 Assistant Department Heads.
• Meal breaks are taken either 4 or 5 hours into the call.
• If a meal break is not taken by the 5th hour, then the following options occur:
• The client can opt to be charged a meal penalty hour (time and one-half) until the hand receives a full hour break or the end of the call.
• The client can provide the technician a meal and a 30 min break and buy the hour.

The stage has a moveable hydraulic orchestra pit. The pit remains in the upright position for most shows. The exception are shows that have a pit / orchestra band. The fly rail is located SR.

The “dock door” for load ins/outs is located at SL - mid deck and leads directly out in to the alley between the theater and Ben’s Chili Bowl. The alley is called Ben Ali Way.

House Risers:

• 6 wooden risers: 1 ft high x 4 ft long x 4 ft wide
• 10 wooden risers: 4.5” ft high x 8 ft long x 4 ft wide ** (these risers can be accompanied by 1 ft or 2 ft legs
• For consoles specifically: 2 – 4 x 4 build jack risers at 3 feet high. .
• 1 - Black Scrim (30' x 50') .
• 1 - White Cyc (25' x 40') .

Clear com (Headsets). We can accommodate up to 4 additional stations beyond what the house requires to operate
